Use Google sheet which is connected to the desktop excel

Dear team,
I have a connection an excel to a google sheet in my google drive. Data is changing automatically when i change something in my excel.
Same google sheet connected to my AppSheet application but data in appsheet is not changing.
What could be the reason?

Do you have the Behavior > Offline/Sync > Delta Sync OFF?

No.
All of them are ON.

If the Delta Sync is ON, change it to OFF.
