Then you would need to create a new admin app with the same data source. When creating a public and secured app, you should have two different accounts. One for the public app (Publisher Pro plan) and one for the admin app (probably Premium plan ).

For me it sounds that you are looking for an Admin app, correct?

Yes, for sue.

Then you would need to create a new admin app with the same data source. When creating a public and secured app, you should have two different accounts. One for the public app (Publisher Pro plan) and one for the admin app (probably Premium plan ).

Do you have any sample app for that?

Sorry, how can I have two appsheet accounts with the same data source? Are you mentioning about sharing data, ex: two google drives?

I checked our sample apps but Iโ€™m afraid we donโ€™t have such a sample pair at this moment.

Could you please guide me how all my users can create their own account after they download the app from iOS or Android? How can I customize all these possibility?

If you share that original spreadsheet to your new account, you can read that spreasheet as a new data source for your new app.

Is there any way for my users to create their own account?

Why do you think they would need their own account?

I just wonder how many things a public app can do. I really want to identify which user is requesting or using the app as like I am running a dealer shop then I allow hundreds of my retailers buying products through the app just like a shopping cart then they submit their request to me in the app as well. So I think their unique account is important to me. AppSheet canโ€™t do that, right?

Though if your app doesnโ€™t need to show those orders to specific user, you could use the public version. That would mean that they can only add orders, but not updating or watch them later. Possible?

You must know the process of Alibaba or Amazon app, I think if Appsheet has the possibility to do the same or similar. Can that be?

Then you would need to have licenses for all retailers and you are probably not looking that.

Would you please send an email with details to sales@appsheet.com if our sales could find a solution for you.

You refer to the licensing I have to purchase for my retailers, this can be discuss with the Appsheet sale team. But what about the technical way, is it possible to design this kind of app in appsheet platform after I deal for all licenses?

Not exactly the same, but similar yes.

Could you show me the detail? Iโ€™ve been with appsheet for nearly a year but I never make this kind of app. Please guide me or make a sample app. I am really appreciate your help.

Sorry, I still think about these kind of abilities. I want to allow my users to create their profiles by themselves on that public app: upload profile image, add or update detail information and so on. These abilities arenโ€™t available at the moment, right?

Yes you can create this kind of functionality with the public app but the problem is if userโ€™s data is some how sensitive. You canโ€™t create a secured personal profile like other services are able to do. The app structure is little different.

Another question is how you would use that info. Could you save your profile information with Usersettings so the user doesnโ€™t need to save any info directly to the app?

Thank for the info, I will try that out.

Youโ€™re welcome
