Two of my users (out of dozens) are getting the following error (with different user IDs):
Unable to update row in table 'Clean Start'. โ User 5591753 does not have access to data source database-1 owned by 617693769
This data source is Cloud SQL, and has Store for image and file capture configured. The Access Mode is "as app creator". The sharing access is from a domain, and they are both in the most common domain.
They have both cleared their cache (for browser access) and deleted and reinstalled the app on their mobile device, no luck.
Any ideas?
