I am working on a scheduler app that's connected to a Google calendar but I can't figure out how to use a separate form to input fields for the title and description.
Here is a snapshot of what I see when I add a new event. I'd like to have a separate form for the user to fill out the name, case type, code (M/N), and time. Then I'd like to use those fields to pre-populate the placeholders below. Is that possible?

Thanks for your response @jaichith! Have you heard of a similar request from another user? If so, do you know of any alternative solutions? I was hoping to create a virtual column specifically for those placeholders but I wasn't sure how I would reference those columns here.
There is a another method or workaround to achieve this by duplicating and customizing form.
Hmmm...Interesting. Would you happen to have an example of how to accomplish this? Maybe another thread that you can forward or video, perhaps?
