Using chat app automations without login

Hello!

For days now, I have a bug in my chat app automation, the error message is: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

After talking to support and testing with other chat apps, I found out that the error is related to login. In apps with a publisher pro plan, chat app automations do not work for public users.

Does anyone know if this should be the case in all cases? Any solution to use Chat Apps with my current plan?
