Valid_If Expression for Data Type "File"

I have a user that keeps uploading blank .docx or .txt files into a required field. It is causing issues with the process when trying to send the document.

Is there a way to put a Valid_If expression on the field to prevent this?

There is no such validation available.

I'm not sure why a blank file would cause an error in your Bot though. Perhaps there's another issue?

I added some content in the file and re-uploaded it and it processed no problem. I've sent out a notice to the app users to not use blank files because of this. I was just hoping to reject the file before it got to that point.
