Very Slow Sync and Timing Out

Our apps are loading very slow this morning, even timing out in some cases.  Anyone else experiencing these issues?

Same as always here. Check your performance monitor in manage menu to see if there is any new expensive column

I have the same situation, so I removed all ref row vc columns. I use enum ref column instead. This way app synchronization is better.

Everything is syncing normally now.  The issue was across all apps for all users, on all devices.  Definitely seemed to be a issue on the Appsheet side of things that must have been corrected.
