Virtual Column not updating/matching set column

A virtual column (Order_Status) within our table is meant to update another column (Order Status) within the same table and the data within it is not updating/matching

Can you show the two columns and the expressions you have implemented?   You may not need both columns depending on what you are trying and how you are doing it.
