Visual Editing of Column in App Editor NOT WORKING

Before, I used to be able to use the Visual Editor on column fields in the app. It will always pop-up the Column settings page for editing. Now it is not working. 

For editing "Views", it still works.

Can someone confirm this?
Editing a VIEW works fine though.
