Voice Assistant Only Recognizes Table Names, Not Display Names – Need Customization Option

Hello everyone,

I’ve been testing the voice assistant functionality in AppSheet, and I really like the idea of being able to speak directly to the assistant to filter data or navigate through the app. However, I’ve run into a significant issue:

When I say the name of a table, the assistant only recognizes it if I use the exact table name from the data source (e.g., Google Sheets), and not the Display Name I assigned within the app.

Here’s an example:
I have a table called Observaciones in my data source, but in the app, I use the Display Name Hallazgos, which is what my client sees and refers to. The problem is that the voice assistant doesn’t respond when she says “Hallazgos,” it only works if she says “Observaciones” — which isn’t intuitive for the end user.

My question is:
Is there any way to configure or customize the voice assistant to recognize the Display Name or even synonyms?

I’m currently on the Enterprise Plus plan (I’m not sure if permissions or features for the voice assistant vary by plan).
