Enumlist, kind of column? I tested that function INITIALS works on column types Name, Text and Email but not on Enumlist, Numbers and dates etc for obvious reasons.There may be more valid and invalid types but you will get the idea.

My quick testing shows that if it is a ref type column referencing a number type key column with stockiest name as label in parent table, then it does not work. But if you are referencing a name

type column as key from parent table then it works.

May be you wish to get the stockiest name from your parent table into child table with dereferencing formula and then use it in initials.
