Why architecture of data is that it is now?

Maybe architecture of data may be better?

In AppSheet for calculations its necessary to add vrtual columns. But it is not good way I think. So In different tables count of virtual columns will be more and more. And It wil be complexly to understand what for they where made. Maybe it is better take experience of MSAccess? And to organize any Views how a different "Reports" with own code. So data will be only data in tables, but queries will be writted on its exact place witout mix with tables on big quantity? And its will help to do Views (templates) more customized to modern layout too. What do you think? Or what is the advantage here?

Short answer is: "no-code" 🙂

From my experience, AppSheet is basically designed to help people focusing on productivity, and take less care about how it looks, although you can customize a lot of things.

I understand your point of view if you've been using Power Apps, but here the only pre-requisite would be "being able to use Google Sheets/MS Excel".

Please note this is only my humble point of view !
