Windows 11 Tablets - How to trigger the camera in the browser app

I have a client inquiring about Windows Tablets and unfortunately, I have no experience with the devices. Since there is not an appsheet app for Windows, the browser app works just fine but the camera doesn't trigger in image fields in order to take the photo. It defaults to the upload image process instead.

Could this possibly be handled with device configuration?  Any help would be outstanding.  Thank you

I believe the only option for Windows Tablets is to run the app in Browser mode.  A Browser version of the app will not use the device camera but instead will ask to load the image from the device.
