Workflow - Edit Data Action not working

Hi guys, i’m trying to create an automated workflow where if i scan or enter a serial number in the app for an item that has arrived, the item’s arrival date will then be updated in the database. Can anyone help to look through my workflow to see if i missed anything? Thanks!

Form:

New Add in the sheet triggers Workflow:

Workflow triggers this action:

[vinvinkaiyi]

Action above should execute this action:

[vinvinkaiyi]

This is the sheet to be updated for each serial number entered through the form.

What doesn’t work?

the part that doesnt work is where it’s supposed to update the Arrived Date in the PreOrder sheet.

for example, if i enter BN4/1 into the app form, the workflow should enter today’s date into the Arrived column in the PreOrder sheet.
