Workflow Email Not Working for Last 7-8 hrs

We are not getting email from appsheet server for last 7-8 hrs.

Have you checked what the Manage > Monitor > Audit history detail is saying about the reason?

What exactly you want we to check in Audit history detail. Last item it is showing success, but still we are not getting email in default id.

We are also facing same problem in our appsheet. We are not receiving email and audit history is showing success.

Have you checked email address rajdespatch@ because your app is not deployed, it will send all emails to app creator?

@Aleksi app creator is rajdespatch@tsgimpex.com for app name โ€œRAJASTHAN DESPATCH MANAGEMENTโ€. Since its not deployed it should at least send emails to rajdespatch@tsgimpex.com, but its not sending it.

Have you checked that itโ€™s not in the spam box or that your box is not full?

@Aleksi Just Checked Spam is empty and almost 13GB space available in the email account

@Phil we are also not getting email. Please help us to remove rejection of emails from Appsheet/Mandrillapp from our G Suite account.

Try to add an additional Reply address to your Workflow. Also check that emails from Appsheet is allowed.

@Aleksi I have tried additional Reply address and checked that emails are allowed from appsheet. We have been getting emails regularly only yesterday it stopped coming.
But as suggested by you still the problem remains.

Please send an email to your email provider. They could probably find the reason why your box is rejecting incoming emails from Appsheet/Mandrillapp.

@Aleksi my email provider is gmail. We have send them header of rejected email as provided above by you and put in request to check reason for rejecting email from Appsheet/Mandrillapp. Awaiting their response. Thanks

Weโ€™re having this same problem. We use G Suite and our confirmation emails are no longer going through.

@Nick_Haschka Kindly contact gmail as it is rejecting incoming emails from Appsheet/Mandrillapp

We got it sorted out. Turned out our email server had bounced some emails during a hosting migration. When those bounces took place, the AppSheet/Mandrillapp mail server automatically blacklisted those addresses that had bounced and stopped serving them mail. AppSheet support was able to remove all the email addresses at our domain from the blacklist and we are back in business.
