Workflow not showing all data target data

Hi,

I have a number of data views but for some reason only two appear in my list and neither are the one I want. Is there a specific setting needed to enable data to appear as a target data value?

A workflow targets a table (Data >> Tables in the app editor), not a view (UX >> Views in the app editor).

Terminology mistake, but you get my gist. I have 6 tables available but only 2 appear in the dropdown. Do they need to be in an update state or something???

They need to allow changes if your workflow rule intends to make changes. Other than that, I’d expect all tables to be presented.
