Workflow template pdf: image URL googleusercontent

When using the workflow template to generate a pdf, images are given a clickable URL that starts with https://lh3.googleusercontent.com. How do I prevent that for optimum image security?

There are a couple Security settings within the app Editor.  I am not certain how these pertain to images in PDF's but you can try them out to see.
