Hello

I have noticed that some of my math operations are a few decimals off.
The app that I'm working on has a lot of virtual columns and a few of these are used also in a regular column.
If I'm looking in the preview app(and desktop mode) the result is still wrong but if I edit the view the math inside the app is fine.
With this app I'm trying to convert the classic google sheet into something more advanced, but I'm worried that the Appsheet is not reliable! also because all the records are used to make payroll.

Thanks in advance

Make sure that you use a decimal in at least one of the values.
You can also add an extra *1.0

thank for the feedback i will a double check.

I have just found a record that is 4.45$ off

What are the expressions that you're using, and what are the column types?

You realize we can't see your entire expression from those screenshots, right? And what am I supposed to be looking at in them?

thanks!!!

looks like is working.

Do you know if there all the problems are fix with the sync or I have to manually go through every record?

If it's a virtual column, it should get fixed after sync. If it's not, use a method to update all rows affected

Hello, I thought the problem was resolved but it isn't(unfortunately )

I still see discrepancies from the two views.

Make sure you track which real columns are used and that those have the updated value considering that real columns won't update until you change one of the row's values

I think to use a quick up date to refresh the column very time I save a new record

Having real columns that need to be manually updated is not so cumbersome but you need to understand the way the platform works when having AppFormulas in them.

One option is to have a number column that you sum +1 via an action, this will force all other fields to be updated
