Do you know if there all the problems are fix with the sync or I have to manually go through every record?

If it's a virtual column, it should get fixed after sync. If it's not, use a method to update all rows affected
Hello, I thought the problem was resolved but it isn't(unfortunately )
Make sure you track which real columns are used and that those have the updated value considering that real columns won't update until you change one of the row's values
I think to use a quick up date to refresh the column very time I save a new record
Having real columns that need to be manually updated is not so cumbersome but you need to understand the way the platform works when having AppFormulas in them.
One option is to have a number column that you sum +1 via an action, this will force all other fields to be updated
