XY coordinates not loading properly on top of the background image

Hello everyone, I might have encountered an issue where the XY coordinates doesn't load on the background image. It has been working fine for the past few months up until today where the issue started. The background image doesn't even load in the form where I will usually set the XY coordinates and it only displayed a blank form to type or it will show the coordinates of the XY (in numbers) instead of loading the 'point icon' on top of the background image used.
