adding appear in relation column

Hello  every one  I was worked  a view  for a spreadsheet I was stopped deleting, updating and adding   In the table there is a Relationship column... The problem is here... There is no deletion, update or addition But it appears the (adding) in the Relationships column and it active. I want to stop it?  I hope someone knows the solution, I will be thankful to him.

Create a Slice of the request table with filter condition of TRUE (i.e. all rows) and set Slice Actions to just Updates (or Read Only if you prefer).

Then click into the [Related Requests] column above and change the reference table name to the new slice.
