api errors

Action Details
Good morning, dear forum members. I would appreciate it if you could guide me in trying to solve a problem we have started to have with appsheet.
When running an app, the event log records the following:

Properties: {
"Message": "Unauthorized Access Attempt",
"HttpStatusCode": "Forbidden", "MinimumRoleRequired":
"User", "AppTemplateName": "e051ef94-3752-4230-ac29-a41ca8755b1d",
"Operation": "RestApiAuthorizationCheck",
"Result": "Failure"
}
We have tried the following actions:

- Delete the user and invite him/her to use the app again.

- Delete the app cache on the mobile.
- Reinstall appsheet from Play Store

But the problem persists. If anyone has a history of similar problems please share the workarounds.

Thanks you.

#1 - What auth provider they are using?
#2 - Does the app allow users to use the same auth provider?
#3 - Are they using the same domain?
#4 - Are you using domain authentication?
#5 - Are you using a stable version and the they are using the old one?
#6 - Are they using alias email addresses?
#7 - Are they able to use the app with the default browser like Chrome?

Have you tried to set the latest version for these few users?

ok, i will try. Thanks

 To try to solve the problem, we created a new google user, and closed the session with the user with problems.
In this condition, the application is able to run normally.
The behavior is quite strange, it seems that something is left in a cache somewhere.
