- Delete the user and invite him/her to use the app again.
- Delete the app cache on the mobile.
- Reinstall appsheet from Play Store
But the problem persists. If anyone has a history of similar problems please share the workarounds.

To try to solve the problem, we created a new google user, and closed the session with the user with problems.
In this condition, the application is able to run normally.
The behavior is quite strange, it seems that something is left in a cache somewhere.
