dashboard views entries (on desktop) not being honored until close/reopen

When developing, if I change a dashboard's view entries (and their respective order/size), save the app and then refresh the desktop page which has it loaded, I do see the new view entries, but they are not in the correct order nor does their size appear to be honored. Opening a brand new web page and loading the app again however, solves the problem.
Not a huge issue since there is an easy work around, but something to report just the same.

Does this mean refreshing the Browser page or tapping the Sync button.

If you change any UI specific things - like Grouping, sort order, formatting, etc. - the browser page itself needs to be refreshed to reload the app GUI changes.  These items are not brought in with a Sync.  I believe its always been this way.

I tried both but yeah, I did not suspect Sync would help. As stated, my bug/defect is specifically referring to "refreshing a web page"...
