error in action of adding new rows

I'm having a problem with an action that adds rows to another table. I have an event that when it is fulfilled this action is executed but it gives me this error (Failed: Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Error: 'Add Row' Data action ''Add Row' Data action 'Add in box'' failed with exception Object reference not set to an instance of an object. )
Any suggestion is welcome.

Is this an automation webhook task that invokes an action via the AppSheet API? One time I was using that type of task, and I received the "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error when I misspelled a table/slice name in the body of the request.

No! just use the action "add a new row in another table using data from this table"
