how do i change the source google sheet?

I mean from here.. Data > Table Settings > Storage > Source path > Browse for more data

I know this is supposed to be possible but I've always had difficulty doing it.  I'll be interested in reading the answer.

You can change the source from table's definition. First you need to click "Browse more.." from the source option, and then the sheet from the correct Google Sheet. Though it helps, if the column structure is equal.
