iPhone settings preventing access to Google Drive?

I have a user with an iPhone that can use the app just fine, but his images are not uploaded to G-Drive, and he cannot see images other users have uploaded to G-drive. If he uses his iPad on the same account, it works fine.

We have tried to check every possible settings on his iPhone, but cannot fint the problem. Even reinstalling Appsheet. On SETTINGS>APPS>APPSHEET we have allowed full access to all photos, and made sure he has the latest version of both iOS and Apppsheet. He can save data to our sql DB, but not images to the Drive. And not fetch images from the drive either. He sees his own images, but a gray triangle for images from others. Are there other settings on iPhone/iOS or Browser preventing this? (He tried botth APP and browser, same issue with both)

Thanks for reply.

Actually I found out in the end. He used an old copy of the app without knowing. With another root folder. Kind of embarresing.....

Since he can perform the function as expected from an iPad,  I would suspect this is a device specific issue.  Something on the device is preventing him from saving/accessing cloud-stored images.  I would have him logout of the app,  access the Google app (not AppSheet), logout of his Google account there and then log back in.  This should refresh the Google authentication and his session settings.  Then try logging into AppSheet and attempt the functionality again.

This is because the images he saves are in his local cache.  Performing the steps above should also refresh that cache.

I hope this helps!!
