is it possible to run multiple appsheet apps off the same data? we have an app that has gotten pretty elaborate and advanced and I’d love to make a stripped down version of it, but want to run the stripped down version on top of the same data with a lot more filtering/slicing/read-only

to make it faster. feasible? good idea? bad idea?
