it’s there a way to port the template file that gets used for email or archive on workflow, back into a file column on that specific row of data that was used to make it?

I believe workflows cannot have a variable template file.

so workflow has a send email option and you can create a template for the attachment… it can also be archived as an attachment in my drive…I just need it to attach the link to the row of data so that when I view the data in the app, attached at the bottom will be the “attachment file” that was created during the workflow event
