hi all, i would like to create an app that can calculate a quotation, with pricelist database, which allow user to click on the item and key in the quantity, after complete selection by user, and generate a quotation with full detail from database?

Please take a look at the following sample app. if you get any ideas.

There are orders in the app , which is equivalent to quotation in you case. The user can add order details( quotation details on your case) to create an order (quotation  in your case.)

The products in the sample app are equivalent of items in you case. The user can add quantities for the selected product (items) in you case
