I've experienced this from time to time. Sometimes it was clear to me that I was not connected to the internet. Other times I wasn't exactly sure what the problem was but, as I recall, the problem has always gone away after I doubled checked my internet connection and then closed and reopened my app.
I reinstalled the app again.. and the problem persists
Also from the other mobile the same problem
