push notification linktorow() question

I have a google form set up as a data source for customer requests from my web-page. I have a bot set up acting on event of new requests from the form and a process sending me push notofications on this event. I want a deeplink to send me to the detail-view for that specific new record, but my current formula is only sending me to the correct view, but with "No items chosen" prompt.

My current deeplink is: LINKTOROW([Response ID],"Forespรธrsel Oslo Anleggsgartner AS_Detail","Anleggsgartner-5198899")

[Response ID] is the correct ID colunm directly copied from the data source.

Why is it not fetching this records ID and sending me to it?
