"Chat app" "Quick edit columns"

Hi, I made an automation to be sent via Chat app. The message is received but it seems to disallow the "Quick edit columns" functionality. Is the functionality of the "Quick edit columns" disabled for automations sent via Chat app?

Apologies for the trouble, @AtilioLV. Chat apps don't currently support editable widgets in Chat cards -- the underlying functionality responsible for making Quick-Edit Columns work. One workaround might be to have users click "edit action" button (if the card has one) which opens a dialog with a form view to edit the row— this functionality IS already supported today.

That being said, the Chat apps team is going to take two actions in response to your post: 
1. We're adding a note in help docs (https://support.google.com/appsheet/answer/12917178?hl=en&ref_topic=12849263) that specifically calls out Quick-Edit Columns as not currently supported.
2. We're exploring adding editable widgets in Chat cards, so this and other functionality would be possible in the future.

Rachel, thank you very much. This functionality is a basic, even more so for a migration to  Chat Apps  from WhatsApp.
