select multiple values in form and find value and show.

Hello Community, I have quick question, I am looking for a formula will select two values in my form and then return from another sheet what unit(s) has that value. I add a photo to help explain in what I am trying to do. 

select "Type of Filter" **Column name** 

then select "Part Number"**Value in the that column**

then look in another sheet (Equipment List) and show what "unit" in the unit column that uses that specific part number.
