As of 30 minutes ago, I'm getting upstream request timeout when trying to access some of my clients applications, and when accessing certain AppSheet services (e.g. https://www.appsheet.com/Account/Account/Settings).
Anyone else experiencing the same?

My Client Complain to me about their application can't sync
I'm not aware of timeouts but I do get forwarded certain Log messages. At about 1:20 PM Eastern time, I began receiving hundreds of messages from across all our users. All of them are the occasional normal messages we typically receive - just a WHOLE lot more of them!!!
EDITED: I am now seeing issues accessing the apps. I cannot get into the apps from Editor. And when I personally attempt to access one of our apps via mobile I also now see the "upstream request timeout". Curious that I have had only a single user who says they cannot get into the app.
EDIT #2: As of 2:20, it appears that the system has returned to normal. I do know it can take time to roll out the fix to all platform users.

Seems certain regions are coming back faster than others, I have a computer in CA and one in FL, it took about 10 minutes longer for my FL computer to start syncing

We had an outage this morning from 9:40 am to 11:20 am Pacific. 3-4% of all AppSheet requests were impacted. It was due to a bad infra config change and fixed with a rollback. I apologize for the service disruption - the second in a week. We take these seriously and postmortem all of them.

We're unable to update Cloud Status due to some internal process changes. I recognize how critical that status page is for you and I share your frustration. We're actively working on remedying that so that you do have a reliable way of assessing AppSheet service health.
Thanks for the update, but why did you wait two hours to provide one? If someone hadn't posted their chat with support we would have all been in the dark until after the issue was fixed. Sure we all could also contact support but that seems pretty inefficient. Please at least acknowledge there is an issue on the backend sooner next time so we don't all waste time trying to determine if the issue is somewhere within our infrastructure.
Thank you for the feedback. I could have updated you all when I became aware of the issue, but I was focused on coordinating the internal response. Our organization's internal processes have recently changed and AppSheet's incident response processes need to be updated to match. The current plan is to have a reliable status dashboard for AppSheet rather than posting to here to the community and making you search through threads. We're actively working on making that happen.
I saw in your other response that is the plan, but you also said you have no timeline to provide for that to be implemented, in the meantime a quicker update would be appreciated. It only takes a few seconds to post here, while I appreciate you were working to fix the issue, you could have taken a few seconds to update us sooner.
Our app in Bend appears to be back up and running.
Now the apps are working fine
After the error occurred now our app throws out the error „Unable to fetch app definition“.
What can we do?
