using Virtual Column as a Ref

my gsheet has 2 sheets.  Main sheet (which i cannot edit) and then a sheet with the names of Hosts.

I would like to create a virtual column in the Main Sheet that I can pull in names from the Hosts sheet.  So far i've created the virtual column and set it as a Ref but not sure what the App forumla needs to be for it.

Which columns would you use to match the records up? Virtual columns cannot be edited by the user, if that's what you're thinking, they are calculated/generated only.
