I assume that you work for a Google Partner?

In which case you will have to register your work email with the Partner Advantage Portal.

In any case, you will have to update your Webassessor (Kryterion, where you pay/schedule exams) account e-mail with your work e-mail.  That's *supposed* to do it, but if it doesn't show up after 5 or so business days you can fill out this form 

For me, it didn't show up after the 5 days and I was too lazy to fill out the form, but once I registered for an exam on Webassessor, that seems to have triggered whatever migration processes.
