Unable to see passed exam in Certmetrics

Hello 

I'm facing an issue where I updated emails on both certmetrics and webassessor portals few months ago.
Last month I have passed Devops exam and I'm still not able to see the cert badge in certmetrics or credly.  The only place I could see that the exam has been passed was my webassesor portal.

I contacted the certification-support@google.com 2 weeks ago with on luck on finding resolution. 
Today I tried to login to webassessor and I was not able to despite using correct details. The only way I found, it was to go via certmetrics portal. 
Does anyone know if the two portals merged? If so, did you get any notification? 

I also noticed the whole exam history in webassessor is gone now for all my exams and this was the only place where I can see proof of passing my devops exam.
Lucky I took a screenshot when contacting certification support but still I'm very worried that my exam is lost somehow now. 

Did any of you faced this issue before and found solution?

I've seen big info about changing SSO method for Webassesor two weeks ago at the webassesor page. FYI my all history has been kept, so something went wrong with your account imho.  @careyc , are you able to help here regarding exams history ?

Hello,

Exam history (Completed Exams) is uniquely stored in the CM account. Candidates will only view Scheduled Exams in Webassessor.

Hello Agnieszka,

I think I see the issue and have escalated it to Kryterion. That particular exam appears to have not been imported into CM. Not to worry, I can still see it "behind the scenes" so it is not lost. 

Once resolved, you'll find it in your CM account which you should be logging into using your gmail address.
