What's the connection between Webassessor and Certmetrics

Hi there,

I have 3 Google cloud certifications and I'm trying to understand the relationship between Webassessor and Certmetrics.

I can't seem to access cp.certmetrics.com even though I have an account, it just seems to show a Loading.... animation or if it goes beyond that a blancj white screen.

I have my personal @Gmail.com email associated with my webassessor account  where I book the exams but, as I work for a partner, I also register my work email.

I have 'signed' into Certmetrics with my work account.

any guidance appreciated.
