Application slowness

Good morning, more and more often, here in Italy (GMT+1), around 10.00AM and 1.00PM the programs slow down a lot. Is it possible that during this time period maintenance is done on the Appsheet servers?

I forgot, sometimes there are synchronization errors and the message โ€œThe operation has timed outโ€ appears on several tables.
