So I was just going through the Google Voice "Idea Exchange". The first 60 hot topics had 15 various entries for caller ID worded differently. So 20% had the same options.
Also, there were a number of "delivered" features that are marked as open. Hold Music and call waiting is requested a fair amount but they added that not long ago.
In order to get a clean/clear picture, I think the feature requests should be monitored. I'm sure some interns could really clean it up.
