Do anyone here who have just got a mail from Google cloud security portal community regarding swags and goodies .I have redeem the gifts and it's  coming from OGDEN UT (United states of america) to India Through fedex International .Do I need to pay any taxes or any custom duty for this .

You don't have to pay anything. You just need to complete your KYC and document uploading for custom clearance of your shipment from FedEx for which you will receive message from them.
