Line and paragraph spacing

Spacing intra-paragraph and inter-paragraph are awfully close, making paragraphs hard to differentiate. Less space between lines and more between paragraphs.

This problem is apparent when text contains mixed formatting, such as bolded and non-bolded text, or different fonts.

It looks like Steve's inquiry is about reports or some type of output. Does the fix apply to the rendering in an app's UI of text in a LongText column?
