My Unmoderated Items

Hi all

I have a basic question: whenever I post something in this community, my posts go under "Unmoderated.". and after some time (maybe 3-4 hours), the post starts showing.
I want to understand why. Is this some policy by Google or something else? and how can I overcome?
Your guidance will be highly appreciated.
