What I miss in the new community version

What I miss in the new community version:
1. Restrictions: like "You can read messages, but! Before you create a new one, you must read (and acknowledge reading) "Good manners in the Community""
(Where are they?!)
2. The main (first) message in the Community should be a link to the AppSheet documentation (where is it?)
3. Quoting a whole message (why can't I quote a fragment?)
