Add refresh button on All project list

while using IAAC to create resources, specifically projects, there is no option to refresh pop up where we see list of projects so we do not know if our code has been working fine to create a new project or resources.

we have to refresh window, go to projects and go to folder to see if project is created.

having refresh button on top of that pop can reduce above steps.
