Android Management API (EMM)

Hello,

I have a few questions, and I can't find anything useful in the online documentation, or any other online resource. Any help or pointers to answers would be appreciated.  We are using EMM primarily in Kiosk mode.  This application is for students in elementary, middle or high school.

1. Is there a way to upload wallpaper in Kiosk mode?  I see the option to prevent Wallpaper changes, but I don’t see anyway to change the wallpaper programmatically.
2. Is there a way in Kiosk mode to suppress messages to the user?  When we change apps there are messages displayed that may confuse younger users.
3. Setting up WebApps seem to be non-deterministic.  I set up a WebApp, wait three minutes, and then attempt to add to a policy.  This works 90% of the time.  The other 10% the device status states the WebApp is still downloading.  I don’t see a programmatic way to absolutely determine that a WebApp is ready to be included in a policy.
4.   I don’t see an easy way to allow an update to the Wi-Fi network they use once the student gets home.  Is “networkEscapeHatchEnabled” the mechanism to do this?  I’m still experimenting with it.
