Cannot sign up - card verification error

I cannot sign up for the free tier because of verification problems with my payment card (UK, Visa, debit) - it is a valid card, and I'm entering the correct OTP. I've tried this about 10 times but I  always get the error below:

This action couldn't be completed. Try again later. [OR_BACR2_34]

I get that you're facing an issue with your payment. While I’m not an expert on this specific issue, you might want to try using a different web browser for your payment setup. Also, check out this page for payment types that do not work.

If the problem continues, consider filling out this form from Google Cloud to get help with the error message when adding or updating your payment method. Just remember not to share any personal details or sensitive information, such as credit card numbers.

I also recommend reaching out to the Cloud Billing team, as they have the right resources to assist you with your billing-related issues.
