Error in Wordpress after changing IP from ephimeral to static

Hi.

After installing Wordpress in Cloud, I have changed the ephimeral IP assigned automarically for a static one editing VM instance and reserving a new one.

As IP number have changed, now I cannot access Wordpress admin as browser says "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT".

Could you give me some help please?
