GCP Free Trial Sign-Up - OR-CCSEH-21 - Help?

I've been trying to set up my company GCP account.

I have used a normal debit card. My bank or debit account isn't holding it up - I've called them. I am using a company email account attached to my Google Workspace & Domain account. 

Does anyone have a solution to this? A lot of people are experiencing this sort of error and there doesn't seem to be an explanation.

The error code OR-CCSEH-21 typically indicates that the customer attempted to add or modify payment methods too frequently within a short period. Kindly wait 24 hours, and the error should resolve itself.

I tried it after 24 hours but still I'm getting an error. This time it shows "This action couldn't be completed. Please try again later. OR-BSBBF-53"
