GCP Projects billing at Folder Scope

Hello Everyone,

Need some suggestion on below requirement, 

Is there any way to view the GCP projects  (under folder) consumption in consolidated view ? without having access to Billing account ? however user has permission to view individual project level usage from project scope, but looking for consolidated view at folder scope.

Way to provide GCP Billing access to specific folder level

Ex. Folder1 Admin user should be able to see the consumption from all the projects from Folder1, not from other folders.
