Getting rejected from verification of payment information

Hi all, my billing account is suspended and GCP would like me to verify my payment information. So I did upload the documents for my previous payment card and government issued photo ID and submitted it. But shortly after, I received an email that says "Payment Method: The document could not be verified" and upon reading the instruction from the page, "Note: Please make sure that the card number and name are clearly visible." Then I realised that my payment card doesn't come with name on top of it. What should I do next? Thanks
